I was first drawn to photography during my first trip to the Grand Canyon and California's Sierra Nevada mountains.  The grandeur and beauty of these places set in motion a passion that exists to this day.  Later, I was fortunate enough to spend just short of a decade living just off the oceanfront in Virginia Beach, VA while learning to photograph the nuances of sunrises, sunsets, and the ocean which further refined my work.   Today I reside in Atlanta, GA with excellent access to both an array of cityscapes and daily portraits of life, as well as the vast mountainous areas in North Georgia and North Carolina.

My work is influenced by past greats as Ansel Adams and Galen Rowell, as well as well as contemporary artists as Abelardo Morell.
